Applying a License Key

A new license key needs to be applied with each release of the New World ERP software or with each addition of a module to the license.

1. The first step in applying a license key is navigating to the Management Console site: https://APPSERVERHOSTHEADERMAPPING/ManagementConsole#/Base.  Authenticate with a user that has access to the site.

   

2. Click the vertical ellipses on the New World ERP card and choose Configuration Settings.  Expand the plus sign on the Licensing banner.

   

3. To replace your license key (or edit the password), click the Gear icon.

4. Drag and drop a license key file or browse to it and save your changes.  Please note that the software needs to be restarted when a license key is applied.  You will be asked how long you would like to wait until the service for NWERP is restarted after you click the Save button.
